Privacy Policy

What this site collects
Information is collected two ways — through the contact forms when you choose to submit them, and automatically through hosting and analytics whenever you visit any page.
- Form data (only if you submit a form): your name, email address, optional phone number, your interest selection, your message, and any property address you voluntarily enter.
- Hosting, server logs, and web analytics (all visits): this site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics. These services process the page or route visited, the referring page, browser, device, operating system, timestamps, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and aggregated page-view and visitor counts.
Service providers
- Vercel — website hosting, server logs, and Web Analytics.
- FormSubmit — relays form submissions to email.
- Email provider (Gmail) — receives and stores form inquiries.
- YouTube (Google LLC) — hosts the educational videos embedded on the guide. Each video's preview image is served by this site itself; nothing loads from YouTube unless you choose to press play. If you do, the video streams through YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player, and Google processes your IP address and device information under its own privacy policy.
How the information is used
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To operate and secure the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
- To understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, in aggregate.
Kiriwath Suykry does not sell personal information and does not use it for cross-site behavioral advertising. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in automated or recurring marketing.
Retention
Form inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last communication about the inquiry, then deleted — unless a real-estate transaction results, in which case transaction records are retained as required by law (California brokers must keep transaction records for at least three years). Technical hosting and analytics records follow Vercel's standard retention schedules, which this site does not extend.
Access, correction, and deletion
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing kirisuykry@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request." Requests are answered within 30 days. Exceptions: records the law requires keeping (for example, real-estate transaction records) and information needed for security or fraud prevention may be retained despite a deletion request — you will be told if an exception applies to yours.
California — Do Not Track and opt-out signals
This site does not engage in cross-site tracking, serves no third-party advertising, and does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Because there is no cross-site tracking or sale to opt out of, the site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track headers or legally recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control — every visit is treated the same way, with no sale or cross-site sharing in any case.
Texting consent
If you provide a phone number and submit a form, you authorize Kiriwath Suykry, DRE #01408082, to contact you by phone, email, or text solely about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing real estate services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
