This site exists to explain Southern California property taxes. It isn't in the business of collecting data — here's the little it does handle, and why.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the "Ask Kiri" form: your name, phone number, email address, and your message (which may include a property address you're asking about). If you never use the form, we collect nothing from you directly.

Why we collect it

One reason: to answer your property-tax question and follow up with you about it. That's it. Your details are used to reply to your inquiry and continue that conversation if you'd like to.

What we never do

• Your information is never sold — not to advertisers, lead brokers, or anyone else.
• It isn't shared with third parties except the service that delivers the form to our inbox (Formsubmit.co, which transmits your submission by email) and our ordinary email provider.
• This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may keep standard server logs, like most websites.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

Form submissions live in our email inbox. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask — email kirisuykry@gmail.com with "delete my info" and we'll remove your submission and reply to confirm.

Texting consent

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.
